RCL has been serving unique and authentic Southern cuisine over 30 years. The founders of RCL, James and Helen Sanders, are both indigenous of the south. Their vision came into fruition in 1972 when they opened a small fish and chips establishment that catered to the local residents of Rockaway one evening per week. The combination of the Sanders passion, talent, and dedication to cooking saturated through their dishes and gave them automatic approval throughout the community. Subsequently, this recognition has grown not only locally, but also nationally, giving birth to what is now known as RCL Enterprises.

The business extended into the accessory boutique market in 1990. This expansion has fortified RCL Enterprises in the areas of fine southern cuisine and party favorites. RCL Enterprises specialize in customizing and enhancing various events for all occasions. Adding itself to the ranks of gourmet cuisine, RCL Enterprises have teamed up with the Award-winning Chef, Conroy Walker, who has been trained at George Brown Arts & Technology in Toronto, Canada. Chef Walker creates a wide range of Southern dishes, from a traditional style to a contemporary flair. The must-have traditional dishes include BBQ Ribs, Oxtails, Macaroni & Cheese and Collard Greens. He can also dazzle your taste buds with his Swedish Meatballs, Turkey Swiss Rolls and Creamy Ricotta Cheese Wrapped in Crepes. After your exquisite main courses, total bliss can be found in Chef Conroy’s Cannolis, Cream Puffs and Sweet Potato Pie.
